Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects (residential and commercial)
- Full knowledge of scheduling, permitting, and project coordination
- Solid communication skills with clients and crews alike — ability to "speak design" and collaborate with internal creative teams
- Ability to handle multiple jobs at once without missing deadlines
- Strong understanding of blueprints, scopes, and MEP trades
- Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend)
- Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
- Works well with others, doesn't complain, and finds a way to get it done
- Drug-free and able to pass a background check
