Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end ‑ to ‑ end onboarding projects for enterprise merchants.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

- Facilitate regular client and stakeholder meetings to track progress.
- Oversee launch readiness and support post ‑ go ‑ live stabilization activities.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

- Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with Windows, MS Office, email tools, and web applications.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
