Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems development, DevOps, or a related role
- Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub)
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash)
- Solid experience with container technologies (Docker, Podman)
- Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and observability tools and strategies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Git workflows, and enterprise compliance standards
- Experience integrating vulnerability scanning and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Working knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure security best practices
- Ability to design proactive alerting and observability solutions
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
