About the role
- Senior Systems Analyst leading technical projects for modernizing banking collection platforms. Ensuring compliance and integration in financial systems with regulatory standards in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Collections Modernization: Lead the technological and functional transition of banking collections systems, aiming for greater efficiency and API-based integration;
- Duplicata Escritural and Securities: Drive the implementation and ongoing support of Duplicata Escritural flows, ensuring interoperability with registries and compliance with Banco Central regulations;
- Core Banking (Autbank) Management: Work on Autbank modules — Collections, Check Processing, DDA, MES and Current Accounts — ensuring stability and continued development of these environments;
- CNPJ Alfa Integration: Coordinate system adjustments for correct identification and handling of data within the CNPJ Alfa ecosystem;
- Regulatory Interface: Monitor and implement changes requested by NUCLEA (formerly CIP) and the Central Bank related to the New Collections Platform (NPC).
Requirements
- Senior Experience: Proven track record in mission-critical banking systems, with a focus on collections and financial settlement;
- Autbank: Advanced practical experience with Autbank modules (Collections, Check Processing, DDA, MES and Current Accounts);
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of asset registration flows, Duplicata Escritural, and financial messaging (SPB/NPC XML messages);
- Technical Background: Strong command of SQL (Oracle or SQL Server) for data analysis and complex troubleshooting;
- Methodologies: Demonstrated experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and managing delivery cycles (SDLC);
- Use of AI in daily work: Regular use of AI tools to support and compose the work products to be executed (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT).
