- Collaborate with sales teams to increase market presence while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage demonstrations, validations, troubleshooting, and implementation of complex scientific workflows
- Serve as a technical expert, maintaining current knowledge of emerging technologies and applications in your field

Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in applicable field
- Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Materials Science or related
- Additional certifications in management or relevant technical areas advantageous
- Valid driver's license required
- 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience
- Deep expertise with analytical instrumentation, workflows and applications
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing technical support
- Excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels
- Strong business understanding and ability to support commercial success
- Experience developing and delivering technical training programs
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Proficient in English; additional language skills valuable
- Advanced problem-solving and project management capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in collaborative environment
- Experience with quality systems and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical staff
