Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in engineering, operations, science, or business
- Master’s degree or equivalent background is preferred
- Solid experience with problem-solving, Lean methodologies, or other approaches to improving processes
- Six-sigma Black Belt or Lean Expertise is a plus
- Experienced Lean practitioner with proven experience in PPI as a Business System or similar prior experience
- 5+ years of operations and/or engineering experience working for a premier, multinational organization preferred
- Strong financial and statistical acuity with experience in building efficiency funnels and project decks.
- Good project management skills
- Must be a multidisciplinary problem solver who influences leaders to develop groundbreaking target states and motivates organizational change.
