About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure project delivery within agreed time, cost, scope, and quality.
- Plan and produce the Project Plan, including schedule, costs, risks, and communications.
- Monitor and participate in the selection and management of partner consultancies.
- Work together with the project manager from the contracted consultancy to ensure alignment and governance.
- Lead project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action plans.
- Ensure compliance with the client’s project methodology and delivery of required documentation.
- Coordinate alignments with interface areas (business, access, infrastructure, support, among others).
- Plan and oversee integrated testing, defect management, and evidence collection.
- Plan and oversee training for key users and the support team.
- Monitor preparation for go-live and assisted operation.
- Participate weekly in Project Portfolio meetings.
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Strong experience in Project Management, including Integration, Scope, Schedule/Time, Cost, Risk, Procurement, and Communications.
- Proven experience in high-complexity projects and international projects.
- Experience in system/SAP implementation projects.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, PMO Portal, SharePoint).
