About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure project delivery within the agreed schedule, cost, scope and quality.
- Plan and prepare the Project Plan, including schedule, costs, risks and communications.
- Monitor and participate in the selection and management of partner consultancies.
- Work together with the PM of the contracted consultancy, ensuring alignment and governance.
- Lead project meetings, record minutes and track action items.
- Ensure compliance with the client's project methodology and delivery of the required documentation.
- Coordinate alignments with interface areas (business, access, infrastructure, support, among others).
- Plan and oversee integrated testing, defect management and test evidence.
- Plan and deliver training for key users and the support team.
- Monitor preparation for go-live and assisted operation.
- Participate weekly in Project Portfolio meetings.
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Experience in Project Management, including: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Risk, Procurement, and Communications.
- Proven experience in high-complexity projects and international projects.
- Experience in system/SAP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g.: JIRA, PMO Portal, SharePoint).
