- Design and develop useful, high-performing, and sustainable digital products to address our clients' and their users' problems.
- Be responsible for the delivery pace and quality of your project.
- Mobilize and lead your team, make technical decisions suited to the context, and support Software Engineers in their growth.
- Aim for a significantly higher level of quality by structuring delivery around clear standards.
- Design scalable and resilient architectures (clear, shared architecture diagrams).
- Write precise specifications to enable bug-free feature development.
- Implement a quality strategy based on Clean Code, automated tests, and code reviews.
- Act as the client's technical partner and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of development experience
- Strong mastery of web architectures (frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, deployment) and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to design scalable architectures, make appropriate technical choices, and ensure a high level of code quality.
- Experience coaching and mentoring developers while staying connected to the tech (tech watch, coding, pair programming).
- Value-creation mindset and a solid understanding of the client's business challenges.
