About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and develop useful, high-performing, and sustainable digital products
- Ensure the delivery cadence and quality of your project
- Lead and motivate your team and make appropriate technical decisions
- Create scalable and resilient architectures
- Write precise specifications to enable development with fewer bugs
- Implement a quality strategy based on Clean Code, automated tests, and code reviews
- Act as the client’s technical partner and ensure their satisfaction
- Create an effective working environment for the project team
- Train and support the team through pair programming and code reviews
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of development experience
- Strong command of web architectures (frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, deployment) and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to design scalable architectures, make sound technical choices, and maintain a high standard of code quality
- Experience coaching and mentoring developers while staying hands-on with technology (tech watch, coding, pair programming)
- Value-creation mindset and solid understanding of clients’ business challenges
