Responsibilities
Help the team maximize product value by prioritizing and delivering quality features that drive customer satisfaction.
Prioritize and deliver high-impact features while meeting milestones and commitments made to the client.
Demonstrate the team’s progress and value by making work visible and facilitating client decisions (review decks, daily updates, etc.).
Understand client preferences and coordinate a rapid, appropriate response when issues arise.
Oversee day-to-day delivery using Lean methodology: backlog management, writing clear user stories, and sprint planning.
Work closely with the client to understand their needs, support decision-making, and co-design solutions.
Translate product goals into clear technical requirements for the development team.
Help the team meet its commitments by anticipating risks, resolving issues, and contributing to continuous improvement routines.
Requirements
Graduate of a top engineering school with up to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or a role with significant client exposure.
Strong interest in designing products with significant business impact, with an appetite for technology and solid related knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal skills: comfortable engaging with clients, able to adopt the right stance and build trust.
Client-first attitude: available, responsive, attentive, able to prioritize the client, incorporate feedback and anticipate needs.
Strong desire to learn and grow; able to challenge the team, ask for help, and accept being challenged.
