About the role

  • Associate Product Manager at Theodo maximizing product value through quality feature delivery. Collaborating with clients to ensure satisfaction and prioritizing product functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Help the team maximize product value by prioritizing and delivering quality features that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize and deliver high-impact features while meeting milestones and commitments made to the client.
  • Demonstrate the team’s progress and value by making work visible and facilitating client decisions (review decks, daily updates, etc.).
  • Understand client preferences and coordinate a rapid, appropriate response when issues arise.
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery using Lean methodology: backlog management, writing clear user stories, and sprint planning.
  • Work closely with the client to understand their needs, support decision-making, and co-design solutions.
  • Translate product goals into clear technical requirements for the development team.
  • Help the team meet its commitments by anticipating risks, resolving issues, and contributing to continuous improvement routines.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a top engineering school with up to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or a role with significant client exposure.
  • Strong interest in designing products with significant business impact, with an appetite for technology and solid related knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: comfortable engaging with clients, able to adopt the right stance and build trust.
  • Client-first attitude: available, responsive, attentive, able to prioritize the client, incorporate feedback and anticipate needs.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow; able to challenge the team, ask for help, and accept being challenged.
