About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead a seasoned team conducting adversary emulations and targeted operations
- Plan, authorize, and execute red-team engagements safely and ethically
- Run collaborative exercises to validate detections and response playbooks
- Design scenarios and reporting mapped to MITRE ATT&CK
- Define KPIs and communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Maintain secure infrastructure and evaluate tools to complement operations
- Mentor operators on OPSEC and high-impact reporting
- Ensure safety controls for all activities
Requirements
- 5+ years in offensive security (red team, adversary emulation, or advanced penetration testing)
- 3+ years leading operations or teams in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in planning and executing multi-stage operations
- Deep familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK
- Strong hands-on capability with at least two programming languages (PowerShell, Python, Go, or C#)
- Ability to partner with blue teams to validate EDR/SIEM detections
