Responsibilities
Provide proactive, high‑quality support to the Executive Director, People & Culture
Ensure effective prioritisation, preparation and follow‑through on tasks
Act as a key liaison with senior stakeholders, enabling clear and timely flow of information
Support meetings through high‑quality briefings, papers, Board packs and presentations
Provide structured project support across People & Culture initiatives, tracking actions and supporting delivery
Support planning cycles and governance to ensure progress and outcomes are visible and well managed
Contribute to the use of digital and AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight and ways of working
Produce and coordinate accurate people data and supporting reporting activity
Champion continuous improvement, innovation and values‑aligned ways of working across the function
Requirements
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work at pace with accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in a people, service or customer‑focused environment, with exposure to project or coordination support
Confidence working with senior stakeholders, demonstrating discretion, professionalism and sound judgement
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including producing high‑quality presentations and briefings
Proactive, curious and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to learning and continuous improvement
Interest in digital tools and AI, with the ability to apply technology to improve efficiency and ways of working
High level of competence in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and confidence adopting new systems
