About the role
- Chief of Staff acting as a strategic partner aligning initiatives to enhance Provider Data Management at The Cigna Group. Driving clarity and accountability across various teams.
Responsibilities
- Unlocking capacity, aligning cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring execution against Provider Data Management (PDM) goals
- Drive clarity, coordination, and accountability across PDM and partner teams
- Orchestrate operating rhythms, track goals and KPIs, synthesize executive-ready content
- Ensure alignment, remove blockers, and drive execution with leadership
- Collaborate with Chiefs of Staff across PX&O to produce executive-ready content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
- Solid experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Copilot
- Exceptional written and verbal communications; comfortable presenting to large, senior audiences
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect dots across the provider landscape
- Proven influence in a matrixed organization and trusted partnerships with internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into organizational plans and priorities
- Demonstrated success leading and influencing teams without authority
- Skilled at developing strong relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners
- Strong analytical capability, project management discipline, and self-starter mindset
