About the role
- Product Owner Director leading AI/ML strategy and execution for Evernorth Pharmacy. Responsibility for value delivery, product innovation, and collaboration across various pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities
- The role is responsible for setting the strategy and execution plan for AI/ML technology for the Evernorth Pharmacy.
- Lead and oversee the value delivery of the product portfolio.
- Bridge technical, business, product and operational partners.
- Maintain pulse on external market dynamics including customer and competitor insights and AI technology trends.
- Lead and develop the product owner team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, with a Master's degree / MBA being a valuable asset.
- 5+ years of experience in a product leadership role such as product management, project management, or project lead.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Pharmacy/ Healthcare and artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies.
- Strong grasp of data engineering, data pipeline, data science and analytics.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Effective people leader that has experience coaching, mentoring and developing top talent.
- Willingness to travel and engage with our end users.
