About the role
- Responsable d’Offres managing responses to tenders for Thales' terrestrial communication products. Collaborating with the technical team and negotiating contracts for clients in defense and industry.
Responsibilities
- You will join the Offers and Demonstrations Directorate
- You will be responsible for responding to tenders for our tactical SDR radio markets
- Contribute to defining the proposal strategy by providing insight into customer needs and the competitive landscape
- Lead the development of a competitive proposal, supported by a technical team
- Support the sales teams in promoting our solution
- Negotiate contractual terms with our clients
- Ensure the coherence and tracking of Thales' proposals and all pre-contractual commitments to the Client
- Act as guarantor of compliance with the product policy and the proposal expense budget
- International travel may be required
Requirements
- Engineering degree / Master's (Bac+5) in Telecommunications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the Defense and/or Industry sectors
- Comfortable in technical environments with solid knowledge of telecommunications (radio technology, secure connectivity, Information Systems)
- Recognised by your peers for your leadership, negotiation skills, customer focus, autonomy and drive
- Good command of English
