Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current business processes across core SAP Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain modules.
- Design solutions utilizing broader SAP components and solutions.
- Recommend optimized SAP configurations and functional designs.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA migrations.
- Translate workshops and business requirements into solution designs.
- Collaborate on end-to-end processes and define integration patterns.
- Apply Tessera’s multi-agent AI platform to automate business workflows.
- Support implementation of AI-driven automation within SAP and adjacent systems.
- Serve as a functional advisor during enterprise transformation programs.
- Conduct workshops and translate insights for stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for functional solution quality and contribute to best practices.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of SAP functional consulting or ERP business process experience.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA functional configuration.
- Experience mapping business requirements to ERP systems and integrations.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites (primarily U.S.).
