Responsibilities
- Support operational and administrative activities of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) area
- Ensure organization and efficiency in the flow of information
- Contribute to the efficiency of OHS processes
- Assist in drafting, organizing, and updating department documents
- Request and compile data from SPEs
- Issue notes and internal communications related to the department's activities
- Enter and update data in the area's management system (SIGA)
- Provide administrative support to the OHS team
- Assist with the OHS project and its implementation and expansion into Operations and Maintenance (O&M) areas
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Occupational Safety, Production Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Basic MS Office skills
- Good communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities
