Responsibilities
Champion Microsoft security solutions across the M365 security stack, helping partners confidently position and adopt them
Act as the execution engine for partner success strategies, supporting a defined portfolio of ANZ partners
Deliver and co-present workshops, webinars, briefings, and enablement sessions focused on Security and AI adoption
Help partners activate more customers, expand existing customer usage, and support renewals
Embed a consistent rhythm of engagement with partners and Microsoft stakeholders
Drive demand generation activities across campaigns, events, and digital channels
Use Microsoft tools and insights to uncover growth opportunities and guide partner conversations
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in IT sales, partner enablement, marketing, or business development
Exposure to cybersecurity or security-minded technical environments, Microsoft or otherwise
A strong interest in Microsoft Security, with commitment to achieving relevant certifications early
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate complex ideas simply
Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to different partner needs
A collaborative, curious mindset with a passion for learning and community building
