Account Manager responsible for B2B Energy Solutions at Terra One, advancing sustainable energy solutions in the renewable sector. Managing inbound opportunities and strategic key account development in Germany.
Responsibilities
Manage and convert a predominantly inbound-driven B2B pipeline from initial contact through to a signed LOI (Letter of Intent)
Qualify incoming leads from IPPs (independent power producers), independent asset owners and community energy cooperatives (10 MW+), and selectively leverage your existing network for additional opportunities
Maintain a structured CRM system and produce reliable forecasts
Clearly communicate the commercial value of our storage solutions and direct marketing offerings based on existing business cases and performance assumptions
Work closely with internal technical and trading teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
Maintain and develop long-term commercial customer relationships
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across additional assets
Requirements
2–3+ years of B2B sales experience in renewable energy or energy-related infrastructure, with exposure to utility-scale PV and wind
Proven experience negotiating and closing complex commercial contracts
Solid understanding of the economic drivers of renewable assets and relevant stakeholder structures
Structured, independent, and performance-oriented work style
Business-fluent German (C1+) and very strong English skills
Experience in direct marketing (Direktvermarktung) is desirable
Exposure to battery storage or hybrid projects
Solid experience in the PV or wind sector (utility-scale preferred)
