Responsibilities
Oversees and drives the strategy for delivery excellence
Manages a significant portfolio of client engagements
Provides executive-level leadership and mentorship to a team of Managers
Defines and tracks strategic Delivery and Business value metrics
Provides effective oversight of delivery work
Proactively communicates across client relationships
Builds client relationships and conducts Quarterly Business Reviews
Delivers presentations and workshops
Direct the technical definition and architectural design for complex client solutions
Acts as the primary technical mentor for Team Leads and Senior Engineers
Intervenes as the top technical expert in projects facing critical challenges
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Engineering
2+ years managing other managers
Strong, demonstrated knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proven experience in designing and reviewing complex software architectures
Expert mastery of at least one modern programming stack (e.g., Node.js/TypeScript, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring)
Solid experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaaC with Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation)
Ability to perform and guide in-depth code reviews
Advanced knowledge of database systems (relational and NoSQL)
Excellent English communication skills
Solid proficiency in working with data, analysis, and data visualization
Experience dealing with KPIs: eSAT, cSAT, Revenue, Headcount, Bench
