- Improve automation capabilities of the in-house regulatory tool and its modules
- Interpret technical documents that define methodologies for interference analysis and write code to implement them
- Perform interference analyses using the developed code and validate its results against third-party software
- Design and carry out test cases for software verification
- Maintain and develop internal documentation related to the activities above
- Create code to connect to the to BR IFIC Beta using APIs in order to automate data collection from new IFIC’s
Requirements
- Completed minimum 3rd year in a Bachelor of Engineering program in Canada
- Electrical Engineering, Space Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering strongly preferred
- Radio frequency (RF) and satellite communication theory an asset
- Matlab programming skills
- Skilled in other programming languages (e.g. Python) or tools (i.e. STK) an asset
- Experience using software version control system (e.g. Git) an asset
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong technical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
