Responsibilities
- Lead the full product development cycle — from discovery to delivery — aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
- Develop and prioritize the backlog, balancing technical, design and business needs.
- Create and communicate strategic roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing teams and stakeholders to build solutions that deliver real value to users.
- Define clear, detailed business rules for product features and validate developed solutions, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Monitor product development alongside the launch plan and ensure adoption of implemented features.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify market needs and validate hypotheses.
- Define, track and optimize product performance KPIs, using insights to drive continuous improvements.
- Run usability tests, feedback sessions and experiments (such as A/B tests) to validate and refine product decisions.
- Foster a culture of continuous experimentation, prioritizing rapid delivery, hypothesis validation and ongoing product improvement.
- Monitor market trends and benchmarks to identify innovation opportunities and keep the product competitive.
Requirements
- Experience managing digital products and working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Hands-on knowledge of project and design tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, Miro, among others;
- Experience with product data analysis and metrics (KPIs), with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams;
- Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
