About the role
- Analista Suporte Funcional SAP Junior providing support and improvement for SAP MM, FI, and SD modules in São Paulo. Collaborating with technical teams and business areas for process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and improvement for SAP MM, FI and SD modules, ensuring correct operation of business processes related to procurement, finance and sales.
- Respond to support tickets, implement improvements and work on small projects in collaboration with business areas and technical teams.
- Provide functional support at levels 1 and 2 for SAP MM, FI and SD modules.
- Analyze and resolve incidents and issues related to SAP processes.
- Assist with basic configuration (customizing) of the modules according to business needs.
- Participate in continuous improvements and small system evolution projects.
- Interact with key users to gather requirements and clarify questions.
- Assist in documenting processes, flows and implemented solutions.
- Ensure delivery quality by following established best practices and standards.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience with SAP (Junior level).
- Functional knowledge of the following modules: SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP FI (Financial Accounting), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
- Experience handling support tickets and providing user support.
- Basic understanding of business processes in procurement, finance and sales areas.
- Basic knowledge of SAP configuration (customizing).
- Familiarity with functional documentation and testing.
- Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Preferred: Knowledge of integration between modules (MM, FI and SD).
- Preferred: Basic ABAP knowledge for reading code/debugging.
- Preferred: Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Preferred: Technical English.
