Requirements
- A university or college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within software development or logistics technology
- Experience leading & growing managers
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management, ideally with exposure to warehouse or supply chain solutions
- Proven track record of leading multiple teams or a larger development organization
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehouse operations, and picking systems
- Experience in strategic planning, team building, and performance management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as German are a plus.
