Senior Client Management Engineer responsible for designing and operating client management solutions. Leading cloud endpoint management and ensuring security compliance at TD SYNNEX.
Responsibilities
Take a leading role in managing the operation of the global Intune / Azure endpoint management infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, compliant, up to date, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
Develop, test, maintain, and support automation and in-house tooling to improve endpoint management processes, including PowerShell scripting, Visual Studio .NET-based tools, Graph API usage, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Provide 3rd level escalation support to Field Service Engineers and business colleagues, resolving complex endpoint, enrolment, policy, application, and identity-related issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, device standards, configuration baselines, asset inventories, and operational procedures.
Actively seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and skills, particularly around Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure, security, and modern workplace technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
5–8 years of relevant experience in endpoint management, systems engineering, or modern workplace environments.
Strong experience with: Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), Azure AD / Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Conditional Access, Win32 application packaging and deployment.
PowerShell scripting and automation, Microsoft Graph API Visual Studio .NET (C#/.NET) for tool development, automation, and integration.
Experience managing Windows 10/11 enterprise environments; macOS, iOS, and Android management is a plus.
Familiarity with endpoint security concepts including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, device compliance, and Zero Trust principles.
