- Development and management of relevant strategies, programs, tools, frameworks, and policies
- Specialized oversight / control / governance activities for a key business line or transformational strategic initiative
- Liaising across the organization and interfacing with executive and/or functional stakeholders to minimize technology risks
- Provides thought leadership and is future-focused
- Oversees / manages groups of moderate to large size, scope, risk, and complexity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Information security certification / accreditation an asset
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 10+ years experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or IAM
- 6+ years in Product Management, Business Architecture, Sail Point or Capability Leadership
- Strong understanding of SailPoint IIQ or equivalent IGA platforms
- Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC models, Lifecycle management, Attestation & certification, SoD design & governance
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and control frameworks including SOX, NIST 800-53, FFIEC, PCI
- Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder governance and alignment across technical, business, and risk teams
- Experience working with engineering teams in Agile delivery environments
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
- Strategic, analytical thinker with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities
