Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall management of the establishment.
Manages teams, ensures adherence to brand standards, guarantees customer satisfaction and optimizes the restaurant's financial performance.
Leads by example in execution and acts as an operational conductor.
Recruits, onboards and trains teams (front of house & kitchen).
Creates, publishes and manages staff schedules in compliance with labor legislation.
Motivates and animates teams daily with a focus on performance and well-being.
Ensures product quality and strict adherence to recipes and technical specifications.
Delivers a customer experience consistent with the brand's identity.
Manages revenue, payroll, food costs and waste/losses.
Implements national and local commercial and promotional initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of successful management experience in the restaurant industry.
Experience in quick service / fast-casual / premium food concepts strongly preferred.
Hands-on leadership and team-oriented mindset.
