- Technical Lead Manager for Oracle Fusion Applications developing integrations and managing technical solutions in a hybrid setup based in Makati, Metro Manila.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Work with functional teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure seamless and secure data flow between applications, adhering to best practices and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure business continuity.
- Execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to migrate data from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion Applications using tools like FBDI and ADFDI.
- Develop scripts and processes for data transformation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Validate and reconcile converted data, working closely with business users to ensure data integrity and compliance with business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in technical development within Oracle Fusion Applications.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical lead in Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Proven experience with integration development, data conversion, analytics, and report building within Oracle Fusion modules with expertise in at least three of them.
- Proven experience in integrations, data conversions, and report development.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and familiarity with ERP, HCM, and SCM.
- Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST APIs, and data migration tools like FBDI and ADFDI.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and other integration technologies.
- Competency in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View for report development.
