Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field
At least 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules
At least 3 Oracle Fusion HCM end-to-end implementation projects completed
In-depth knowledge of HCM processes and best practices
Significant experience in business development and presales activities, including solution development and effort estimation.
