Responsibilities
Our Account Managers in the ITSM & Modern Workplace areas play a very important role; they maintain relationships with companies and ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
You are responsible for identifying sales opportunities and acquiring new customers.
Positioning Workplace (Secure Unified Endpoint Management) and IT Service Management solutions with prospects and customers
Successful sale of services and technologies from solutions by 1Password, Yubico, TeamViewer, Matrix42, Ivanti, and Microsoft
Preparation and maintenance of customer data
Telephone-based acquisition of new customers (outbound calling)
Developing sales concepts and implementing campaigns
Managing sales projects throughout the entire process
Managing existing accounts and expanding revenue potential
Collaborating with our project management/consulting teams and strategic technology partners
Requirements
Whether you have a university degree or a completed commercial or IT apprenticeship is secondary to us – what matters is a customer-oriented way of working!
Ideally, you have an affinity for IT and a curious mindset
