- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High adaptability and resilience
- Change management and delivery experience
- Proven ability to balance data-driven decision-making with strategic goals
- Project management experience and proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Navigator)
