Responsibilities
Develop the life sciences sponsored B2B and B2B2C user experience in TailorMed’s product offerings.
Focusing on creating the optimal user journey and user experience that will lead to maximizing the product’s adoption and successful user journey.
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from development to product launch and post-launch monitoring and optimization.
Work closely with engineering teams, deliver PRDs, ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features, and prioritize resources and mitigating risks to meet project milestones and customer expectations.
Foster a culture of high standards, growth, and accountability within the team, promoting a shared vision and collective ownership of product and business outcomes.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables and client commitments with long-term strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, to align product initiatives with business goals and drive successful product delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in product management roles, with significant experience in the digital health or healthcare technology industry, managing B2B and/or B2B2C digital health products, where innovation, UX and customer adoption play a significant part.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders inbound and outbound, communicate complex concepts, clear course of action, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Outstanding analytical skills
Experience working in agile development environments, with a strong grasp of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Advantage: Deep understanding of the life science market access domain, including deep knowledge of the US healthcare domain.
