About the role

Responsibilities
- Elicit and analyze requirements with clients, identifying needs and proposing solutions aligned with the company's portfolio;
- Design solutions, specify topologies, and validate the infrastructure required for deployment;
- Plan and monitor implementation projects, defining schedules, phases, responsibilities, and control points;
- Support scope management, timelines, and alignments with clients and internal teams;
- Analyze requests for new resources or features to assist with technical sizing and development;
- Install, configure, and deploy solutions to production (including third-party integrations such as telephony, WhatsApp, email, and others);
- Develop scripts and reports in SQL Server for customizations and client-specific views;
- Demonstrate solutions to clients, partners, prospects, and at events;
- Deliver technical and functional training to clients and partners;
- Prepare technical documentation and reports when required;
- Provide remote and on-site technical support, handling incident resolution and technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technology degree in IT (Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields);
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in the role or in similar activities;
- Previous experience in system implementations or technical support is a plus.
