Supply Chain Operations Systems Manager overseeing Warehouse Management Systems for Guest Worldwide. Managing system integrity, leading implementations, and supporting operational efficiency in the distribution network.
Responsibilities
Serves as Subject Matter Expert and primary technical support for Supply Chain Systems (WMS, TMS, LMS)
Ensures operational system integrity through setup, configuration, code promotion, and control processes
Monitors system performance, performs maintenance and backups as needed
Serves as project lead for systems implementations and leads User Acceptance Testing
Interfaces with Operations staff to review procedures and maximize efficiencies
Coordinates with Information Technology to resolve upstream/downstream systems issues
Provides regular communication to Operations and internal departments on operational matters
Establishes root cause analysis and manages technical resolution pipeline
Designs and develops tools for analyzing operational activities
Conducts feasibility analysis on processes and equipment
Calculates cost/benefit and business impact and proposes solutions
Investigates and recommends new technologies and information systems
Identifies areas for improving service levels, reducing costs, and enhancing operations
Develops standardized and ad hoc reporting for site, management and customers
Serves as site expert on WMS logic and functionality
Trains Operations team on using WMS and related systems
Ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in: Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
6 years with exceptional Tier-1 Warehouse Management Systems experience (High Jump preferred)
2-4 years’ experience working with ERP technical functionality (Microsoft Dynamics Preferred)
Systems implementation and systems project management experience preferred.
