About the role
- Designer developing visual concepts and layouts for institutional campaigns at a socio-environmental consultancy. Involves brand creation, graphic projects, and digital communication materials.
Responsibilities
- Development of creative concepts and production of layouts for campaigns and institutional initiatives;
- Creation of brands and visual identities;
- Development of graphic projects and layout of booklets, leaflets, manuals and reports;
- Creation and development of internal and external communication materials, both print and digital;
- Creation of digital materials such as marketing emails, social media posts, website and portal graphics, internal communications and campaigns;
- Development of institutional and commercial presentations;
- Preparation of visual content, icons, charts and infographics;
- Image editing and retouching;
- Production oversight and final file preparation for printed materials such as catalogs, brochures, posters, calendars, banners, and other items.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Social Communication, Advertising/Publicity, or Marketing;
- Experience creating graphic and digital materials, with a solid portfolio demonstrating past work;
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite);
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong communication skills for interaction with diverse audiences and organizational levels;
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate in multidisciplinary environments.
