About the role
- Head of Solution Engineering leading a business unit designing intralogistics concepts. Collaborating with teams to ensure efficient scaling and implementation for customers.
Responsibilities
- You lead the business unit responsible for designing intralogistics concepts and act as a strategic partner to our customers in scaling their intralogistics.
- You build and further develop a high-performing team with the goal of making a central contribution to SYNAOS’s company success together.
- You develop solution and implementation concepts that provide our customers with real scalability, efficiency, and future readiness.
- You support the rollout of these concepts and ensure they are successfully implemented in practice.
- You provide technical and professional consulting to our customers, translate complex requirements, and support them in taking the next steps toward automated and digitized intralogistics.
- You work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to create smooth handovers between all teams.
Requirements
- Completed technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in intralogistics, ideally in concept development or process analysis
- Preferably initial experience in leading and developing teams as well as excellent communication and networking skills to build long-term, impactful relationships
- Strong understanding of intralogistic methods and automated logistics systems
- Interest in technologies such as mobile robots, automated material flows, and software architectures
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel to customers, partners, and events
