Responsibilities
- Perform tax analyses for the purpose of tax credit utilization and credits (ICMS and PIS/Cofins)
- Analyze and monitor tax rules applied to the client
- Prepare tax maps for sales of goods or provision of services
- Build an understanding of new clients' business
- Calculate and verify taxes applicable to sales operations (ICMS, ICMS Partilha, ICMS Difal, PIS, Cofins, CPRB and IPI) under the Presumed Profit (Lucro Presumido) and Real Profit (Lucro Real) regimes
- Calculate taxes on profit (IRPJ and CSLL) under the Presumed Profit regime
- Prepare, review and submit monthly ancillary/statutory obligations (SPED Fiscal, DAPI, GIA, Sintegra, PerdComp, REINF, among others)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication and ability to work in a team
- Technology literacy as an end user
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience working in an accounting firm
