- Reporting & Tool Analyst in the Life & Health Underwriting and Claims team at Swiss Re. Engaging in global projects, improving processes, and reporting for the CE markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in tools and processes used in Life & Health Underwriting and Claims
- Represent our Market Unit in global system development projects and topic forums
- Manage tools access and support internal and external clients with user-related requests
- Drive regular recertification processes for internal and external tools
- Own reporting for the Underwriting & Claims team (e.g., creation of ad-hoc reports in Power BI, Stargate)
- Maintain and enhance communication platforms such as SharePoint
- Suggest and implement process improvements; participate in projects and show ownership of initiatives that improve the status quo
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Business, or similar
- Experience in creating ad-hoc reports in Power BI and/or Stargate, is advantage
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Genuine interest in IT systems and processes
