Responsibilities
Define and align the GFO&T strategy
Define the GFO&T strategic roadmap in alignment with the broader Swiss Re Finance organisation
Partner closely with GFO&T leadership to shape, align, and execute the strategic vision, including the preparation and facilitation of leadership offsites and workshops
Play an active role in transforming GFO&T
Define and drive the divisional transformation journey, ensuring alignment with Group priorities and successful execution
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track GFO&T operations and the progress of strategic initiatives
Support divisional management in budget planning, cost controlling, and performance steering
Deliver high-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders, including the Finance Leadership Team, Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and Board of the Group
Requirements
Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in a related field, such as strategy consulting and/or a strategy or transformation role within a leading Financial Services player
Experience in (re)insurance and/or Finance organisations
A strong academic background, preferably in Strategy, Business Administration, or Finance
End-to-end experience from strategy definition through to implementation, ideally with a focus on Finance organisations
Proven track record of leading workshops, proactively shaping and driving topics, and owning deliverables end to end in complex environments
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including senior management communication and the preparation of board and executive committee documents
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and navigate multi-faceted stakeholder environments
