Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant, or similar role
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience managing BA or solution-consulting teams
- Strong command of requirements engineering, business process design, data analysis, and solution definition
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience influencing senior and executive leaders to drive clarity, prioritization, and decisions
