Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to understand customer needs and design compelling technical solutions using Sweep.
Deliver customized demos and technical presentations aligned with customer use cases.
Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce architecture, integrations, and best practices.
Lead discovery sessions to map business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and proof-of-concept engagements.
Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and feedback loops.
Stay up-to-date on Sweep’s roadmap, Salesforce updates, and broader RevOps tech stack trends.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar role at a Salesforce SI or ISV.
Extensive Salesforce knowledge and deep understanding of objects, workflows, reporting, automation, and integrations.
