Technical Engineer providing support for Eucafluff product processes and client interactions in Brazil and Latin America. Engaging in technical negotiations and sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for prospecting, qualification/approval, and after-sales of Eucafluff to customers;
Provide support to Suzano’s partners and customers on product sustainability matters;
Manage requests for document translation;
Request shipment of roll samples to customers and collect results for laboratory analysis;
Request issuance of Certificate of Analysis (COA) for customers;
Support Product Coordination in allocating materials to customers;
Prepare technical project reports and reports of visit results and application of Eucafluff at customer sites;
Support creation of prospecting funnel reports together with the commercial and technical teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Production, or related fields);
Availability for frequent travel within Brazil and occasionally to other Latin American countries;
Experience or interest in application engineering, product development, materials, R&D, or technical customer support;
Analytical ability to interpret data, product performance, and process/machinery behavior;
Strong communication skills for technical negotiations and direct customer interaction;
Proactive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively across different areas;
Intermediate/advanced English required;
Spanish is a plus.
