Responsibilities
Responsible for the intake and resolution of inquiries related to leave of absence and disability
Develop and maintain relationships with executives and staff
Collaborate with various stakeholders such as payroll, HR, and benefits departments
Act as the point of contact for Client leave administration
Proactively share insights regarding leave administration and disability coverage
Analyze trends and perform root cause analysis to improve Client experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or associate Degree with 2+ years of related work experience
Strong computer skills and excellent data entry skills
