Responsibilities
Strategic planning and market analysis
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes
Monitor and analyze market trends and potential strategic partners
Manage supplier relationships and conduct contract negotiations
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers
Build long-term partnerships
Work closely with other departments such as Engineering and Project Management
Prepare reports and presentations for management on purchasing activities and results
Identify supply chain risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
Degree in a technical field, business administration, or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in technical project purchasing as well as strategic procurement
Strong PC skills, especially MS Office applications and SAP HANA
Extensive strategic and operational purchasing knowledge
Experience in process and project management
Strong hands-on mentality
High analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with cross-functional thinking
Excellent technical understanding of complex issues
Clear and persuasive communication skills

Strong negotiation skills
