Responsibilities
Service ownership for Microsoft 365, including responsibility for all M365 services.
Leading the managed services partners in the M365 environment.
Overseeing the delivery of our M365 IT services and ensuring smooth operation.
Implementing security baselines, DLP, and sensitivity labels, and maintaining the service risk register.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent vocational training.
You have solid knowledge of IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
At least 5 years of experience in service management of modern M365 environments.
Proven experience in vendor management and audit procedures.
Project management experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
