About the role

Responsibilities
- Handling customer calls related to maintenance and servicing of boilers and heat pumps
- Supporting the on-site team at customer locations using remote support tools
- Providing technical advice for gas boilers, gas-fired boilers, and heating systems
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a heating installer, ventilation technician, electrician, gas and water installer (plumber), mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience working with heating technology and gas boilers
- Fluent German (C2 level) in both spoken and written form
- Strong PC skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Enjoyment of communication and telephone-based customer interaction
- Calmness and composure in stressful situations
