Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate activities (in-person and virtual) to raise stakeholder awareness of sustainability issues
- Establish and coordinate a network of internal and external ambassadors
- Develop educational tools and training programs for employees
- Support business units in integrating sustainable practices
- Update sustainability-related content on the intranet and website, in collaboration with corporate communications
- Engage employees around ESG initiatives in partnership with the TCC teams
- Monitor best practices in sustainability
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners (organizations, institutions, companies) to support ESG objectives
- Coordinate joint projects with external partners, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals
- Organize events and workshops, manage files, and prepare reporting and accountability documentation for governing bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sustainability, International Relations, Economics, Environmental Sciences, or another relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management, sustainability, or a similar role focused on ESG issues
- Solid understanding of sustainability standards and practices, as well as environmental, social, and governance issues
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
