Responsibilities
- Responsible for structuring, analyzing, monitoring and managing financing operations, ensuring financial viability, compliance with contractual terms, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Structure and oversee financing, credit and fundraising operations;
- Analyze financing proposals, assessing costs, terms, collateral and risks;
- Negotiate financial terms with banks, financial agents and investors;
- Manage financing contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses;
- Monitor disbursement schedules, amortization and financial charges;
- Support financial planning and the company's capital strategy;
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors and internal departments;
- Prepare management reports and performance indicators for financing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed – preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
- Knowledge of financial products, debt structuring and risk analysis;
- Familiarity with financial analysis and data analysis tools (BI);
- Knowledge of financial contracts and internal controls;
- Solid experience in financing operations, credit, treasury or corporate finance;
- Advanced Excel;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Spanish desirable;
