Responsibilities
Responsible for structuring, analyzing, monitoring and managing financing operations, ensuring financial viability, compliance with contractual terms, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Structure and oversee financing, credit and fundraising operations;
Analyze financing proposals, assessing costs, terms, collateral and risks;
Negotiate financial terms with banks, financial agents and investors;
Manage financing contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses;
Monitor disbursement schedules, amortization and financial charges;
Support financial planning and the company's capital strategy;
Maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors and internal departments;
Prepare management reports and performance indicators for financing operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed – preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
Knowledge of financial products, debt structuring and risk analysis;
Familiarity with financial analysis and data analysis tools (BI);
Knowledge of financial contracts and internal controls;
Solid experience in financing operations, credit, treasury or corporate finance;
Advanced Excel;
Advanced English;
Advanced Spanish desirable;
