Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain fullstack features that span frontend and backend, delivering seamless, performant, and scalable user experiences
Own and evolve fullstack architecture, ensuring maintainability, consistency, and integration across services and interfaces
Write clean, modular, and well-tested code for both frontend and backend layers, adhering to modern engineering best practices
Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI Design, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet functional and business goals
Implement APIs and integrations, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient communication between systems
Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability across the full stack, including frontend rendering, backend processing, and database interactions
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure high-quality deployments and system stability
Document key architecture, workflows, and processes to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing across the engineering team
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices, proactively recommending improvements to the stack, processes, and product architecture
Requirements
Degree ( FH , BSc, MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of professional hands-on experience developing web applications across frontend and backend, ideally in a fast-paced, agile environment
Deep expertise in frontend technologies and backend frameworks
Strong understanding of API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), microservices, and distributed systems
Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and extensible code with solid approaches to testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
Hands-on experience collaborating directly with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
