About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain fullstack features that span frontend and backend, delivering seamless, performant, and scalable user experiences
- Own and evolve fullstack architecture, ensuring maintainability, consistency, and integration across services and interfaces
- Write clean, modular, and well-tested code for both frontend and backend layers, adhering to modern engineering best practices
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI Design, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet functional and business goals
- Implement APIs and integrations, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient communication between systems
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability across the full stack, including frontend rendering, backend processing, and database interactions
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure high-quality deployments and system stability
- Document key architecture, workflows, and processes to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing across the engineering team
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices, proactively recommending improvements to the stack, processes, and product architecture
Requirements
- Degree ( FH , BSc, MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional hands-on experience developing web applications across frontend and backend, ideally in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Deep expertise in frontend technologies and backend frameworks
- Strong understanding of API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), microservices, and distributed systems
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and extensible code with solid approaches to testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Hands-on experience collaborating directly with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
